Kieran O'Brien (born 23 November 1973 in Oldham, Lancashire) is an
English actor. He is best known for his two roles in Coronation Street
first as Joe Egerton and later as Craig Lee.O'Brien grew up in Royton,
in the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, and was
educated at the Bishop Henshaw Roman Catholic Memorial High School in
Rochdale, also in Greater Manchester.He began acting at an early age
and was the star of a BBC TV series Gruey by the time he was 15. He
also featured in several other series at the time in one-off or
